We have a vacancy for a Year 3 Teacher, we are looking for someone who will inspire pupils and colleagues alike, somebody that thrives on challenges and overcoming barriers.

We have clear, consistent behaviour systems and every teacher has their own classroom.  Our teachers plan the curriculum together allowing them to share expertise as well as the workload.  This enables our teachers to retain autonomy in planning to meet the needs of their classes thereby developing a creative approach to teaching and learning.  Our pupils will strike you with their confidence, respectful and caring matter.  Together teaching and support staff form part of a vibrant, inclusive team which is helping to change our pupils’ lives.

In September 2012 Elaine Primary Academy joined the Trust as a sponsor academy. We are a two form entry primary school based near Rochester.  If you are a teacher who truly wants to make a difference, then we would love to hear from you.  We have high expectations of our pupils many of whom start with disadvantages and we need to work hard to ensure they realise their goals.  The achievement of our pupils isn’t easily won but you will make a difference and change the lives of every pupil.

The Trust is committed to the safeguarding of all children and young people.
