We are seeking to appoint a talented, creative and innovative language practitioner to our staff team who can be instrumental in furthering the magic we create in our very successful Academy provision supporting children from KS2 to KS5 in the development of their language skills.
The successful candidates should have a clear understanding about effective teaching, raising and sustaining achievement and the care and support of complex young individuals. They should be an excellent communicator, able to engage effectively with children and their parents/carers. We are looking for someone who can inspire a love of languages, someone who is passionate about their subject and can maintain the excellent progress made by our students to date.
We are looking for a quality teacher willing to join our excellent and happy team of staff to further develop Bradfields as a well known and respected Special Academy.
The successful candidate will be provided with individualised professional support and induction; including accessing further professional qualifications as required. This will include support for differentiation and developing effective strategies to teach children with special educational needs.
