The governing body of St John Fisher Catholic Comprehensive School seeks to recruit an enthusiastic and suitably qualified Estate and Buildings Project Manager. The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of school estate management. The primary role will be to assist the Senior Deputy Headteacher with technical advice and contractor liaison to ensure the successful and timely conclusion of a PSPB2 Construction Project, overseeing contractors and ensuring the service delivery to agreed KPIs. This is a chance in a lifetime opportunity to redevelop the buildings of the school and work towards the development of a 21st Century building for our students. In addition to this, you will work with the existing premises team to secure excellent maintenance works and implement building reports of repairs on a weekly and monthly basis. You will also lead on all aspects of Health and Safety.
We are seeking an individual with previous experience of leading large-scale estate development projects, from inception to completion in a client-side or client advisory role. This is a rewarding and fulfilling role that will provide you with the opportunity to oversee the delivery of the building, and act as a point of liaison between contractors and the school. You will have strong leadership and management skills, and the practical skills and industry experience required.
